Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not if the method matches the material. Soft or low pressure on siding and paint. Higher pressure stays on concrete and masonry that can take it.
Do I need to be home?
Helpful for a walkthrough, but not required if we can access water and the work area.

Do you clean roofs and gutters?
Yes. Roof cleaning is a separate method from driveway work so shingles aren’t blasted. Gutters can be cleared and the outside faces washed with the house.
